This boat has only had one owner(non smoker/no
pets), been meticulously maintained and was lightly
used for day sailing. The boat was berthed dockside
every summer and hauled out of the water/properly
winterized every winter. The engine has very low
hours on it (approximately 61 hours). This boat is a
true gem at $115,000. A brand new Catalina 350 is
$200,000. Book Value (BucValue) is approx. $145,000
to $150,000. The boat is a great deal and priced well
below book value. Unfortunately I am selling the boat
due to health reasons. Manufacturer's built in Air
