General Description

Ted Brewer has long been recognized as one of the outstanding designers of cruising boats of all kinds. The Whitby 42 is vintage Ted Brewer and certainly his most successful design. They are handsome and rugged looking yacht and many have achieved extended offshore passages in perfect safety.

This particular example has a list of extras and custom modifications far too long to list here but, suffice it to say, she has benefited from being owned by an experienced cruising couple who have spared nothing in making her the ideal world cruiser. Quality, attention to detail, strength and longevity guided every addition or modification and she is now ready to head off around the world with new owners.

A very safe center cockpit design, she features very comfortable accommodation in two large cabins fore and aft each with it s own heads. Sea worthy galley and a cosy saloon with excellent storage lend a very traditional look to the yacht. Nice touches such as huge fridge / freezer space, Nitronic lifelines, oversize winches, davits,solid vang, high output alternator etc etc are just a few of the details her new owner will enjoy.
