General Description

The Maxum 4600 SCB is a handsome sedan with all the motoryacht room and features you want and need. This 46' Sedan has room to spare with a wide-open salon, forward galley and dinette, two staterooms, and two full head compartments. On deck there a large bridge with sun deck, covered cockpit, and huge swim platform.

The large bridge has bimini top and full enclosure over a forward helm with double-wide helm seat, port side guest lounge, and wet bar. There is lots of room for entertaining. The helm electronics include Raytheon radar, speed/depth indicator, Simrad auto pilot, Northstar GPS/plotter, Furuno color fish finder, Constellation compass, and Raytheon VHF/hailer. Aft is a large sun deck, and stairway to cockpit. The cockpit is the centerpoint with staircase up to bridge, access to side decks and forward, and transom door access to a huge swim platform with room for a PWC, and salon access. There room in the cockpit for fishing, relaxing after a swim, or just enjoying the view. An after-swim cockpit fresh water shower is provided for the swimmers and divers. Sliding glass doors lead from the cockpit to the salon.

The salon is big, bright, and open with soft colors and maple cabinetry. Starboard in a large U-shaped settee with cocktail table facing the port side entertainment center with 17" television, AM/FM/CD/Cassette system, and bar with ice maker. Forward port side is the open galley with curved counter that faces back to the salon. The full-featured galley features full-size refrigerator/freezer, solid surface counter top with stainless steel sinks, built-in microwave/convection oven, blender, and coffee maker. There's ample galley storage for all your kitchen necessities. Across from the galley is a booth-style dinette that provides additional room for entertaining or dining. There are two stateroom. The guest stateroom is starboard with twin berths and full guest head compartment with Vacu-flush head, vanity with sink, and shower stall. The master stateroom is forward with island queen berth, under-berth storage, ample counter space to either side, two hanging lockers, and a master head compartment with Vacu-flush head, vanity with sink, and shower stall with bench seat. Two Marine Air 16000BTU reverse cycle AC units keep the interior comfortable. This Maxum 4600 has everything you need for weekend or extended cruises.

She is powered by twin 450-hp Cummins diesel engines with only 900 hours. They provide the power to cruise at 20 knots.
