General Description

A good example of the well known Alan Warwick 46. These yachts are renowned as fast, sea kindly boats able to cruise extensively or race around the cans with equally pleasant results. This yacht has recently undergone a number of improvements including a paint job, new anchor windlass, new sails in 2001, and major engine rebuild.

At present she is completing her annual antifouling and she is ready to take sailing again. She has a roomy aft cabin with nav station included and separate companionway access. Very secure and well equipped galley to port and large head to starboard. Forward cabin and heads are towards the bow with loads of storage space. The saloon is large and airy with seating for a full race crew.

Interior fit-out is in teak with blue cushions and looks very nautical. Midnight Sun has a complete inventory and is ready to go cruising. She is very attractively priced as the owner is searching for his next yacht. An inspection will be well worth while.
