Brokers remarks: Very well maintained with low hours on all components, but upmost care has been given to maintain and keep her in turn key condition. Cleanest belly/ bilges I have seen of any in a long time. Owner has only put 950 nautical miles on her since purchase as well as 67.8 hours on the main since purchase, main only has 140 hours. All systems are a full ahead GO! It all works and has been a private yacht since commissioned to build.

Sleeps a total of seven: two in the forward cabin on a double to starboard; one on the port settee in the main salon, two on the starboard settee (convertible dinette table), and two in the aft master stateroom on a queen-sized berth. There are two head compartments, one forward with a shower and the other aft with a separate bathtub compartment. The MAIN SALON has a curved settee to starboard with a dining table. The dining table can be lowered and, can convert to a double bed. Opposite to the port side of the table is a seat. All the way to port is a three-seat, leather-covered settee. Electric fan; sensor light; binocular and winch racks; three ceiling dome lights and reading light over sofa; port and starboard teak handrails, doors for the electric panel and Hart System tank gauges. There is a sealed teak and holly sole throughout. Next aft to starboard is the navigation station. Opposite to port is the U-shaped Galley. Through the starboard passageway aft is located a double-entry head compartment (accessed from the passageway or the master stateroom).Master Stateroom, The owner's suite offers superb accommodations in an expansive area. A real queen-size, inner spring mattress adorns the master berth, while a huge amount of hanging lockers and shelving provides greater storage. Note the following items: bookcase; book rails; closet drawers; bed lamps; ceiling lamp; telephone plug and ceiling fan. There is a very useful desk/computer station. There is a combination shower and bathtub which contains a hanging/holding bar as well as a shower switch for water saving, and can be utilized as a wet locker.

The forward guest stateroom has a full-size double berth lower as well as a full set of cedar-lined drawers and hanging lockers. This stateroom has a private head compartment with shower.

Deck
Beginning at the bow, you will find double anchor storage with a powerful Maxwell windlass. Full cockpit canvas allows for comfort during the worst weather. The center cockpit, which allows full view of all boat functions and allows for easy docking is, with its custom-made cushions, a comfortable setting for both crew and guests. Plastimo 6 man life raft in fiberglass housing mounted on deck , Kato Marine Stainless steel dingy davits, Simpson Lawrence Windlass. Storage of docklines, springlines and boat hooks (all included), along with other storage needs, Halyard lines are easily stored in built-in deck pockets with water drains. The arch not only facilitates the canvas housing, it acts as boom protection, stereo system container and engine instrument panel. It also contains a "secret" sealed compartment for flashlight and key storage for night boarding. Two huge propane tanks are accessible from the cockpit.
Further aft is the sundeck with comfortable pads for lazy days and two rail seats. The Honda outboard motor is mounted on a rail mount. The 10' inflatable-floor dinghy can be easily tied to the railing for storage. The transom has a swing-down ladder for easy access and a fresh water shower which has been molded into the platform.

Sailing & Rigging
Mainsail (fully battened, large roach) on a Batt Car system with in-cockpit reefing system and Stack pack cover; original mainsail; staysail and Genoa on a Harken manual/electric furling system. By utilizing the main as the larger sail, it is easier for the cruising sailor to manage the trimming and setting than with a conventional rig with a large Genoa.
