General Description

ACCOMMODATIONS & LAYOUT: This C&C 27 is a sloop rig, with fin keel. Her interior offers 5'11" headroom and berths for five. Teak trim, full galley, aft convertible dinette with settee opposite. Head with holding tank, hanging locker opposite and storage compartments throughout.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: 12 volt ships service w/ 2 batteries, selector switch, 110volt system w/ 30' Shoreline cord, electric bilge pumps, and Guest Pro Charger.

ELECTRONICS: VHF Icom, Garmin GPS182; speed & wind indicators, and Raytheon depthfinder.

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT: 9,000 BTU A/C, Marine head w/holding tank.

DECK GEAR: Pedestal steering, 2 anchors w/chain & rode; double life lines. Bow & stern pulpits & swim ladder. All lines go to cockpit.

SAILS & RIGGING: Main sail New Doyle stack pack, full batten. Roller furling jib with 155, 125, 100, & 165 degree mylar sails, Bimini, Boom vang & spinnaker pole.

REMARKS: Fresh water boat on Lake Ontario until 4 years ago. Barrier & Bottom paint done in 2002. Fresh bottom paint in 2006.
