General Description

Accommodations
The enourmous interior has been completely renovated with new features including new headliner, Corian counter tops in the galley and heads, built in book shelves throughout, recessed lighting, and additional storage in all cabins, cedar lined hanging lockers, as well as a teak lined linen closet. Aft of chain locker is forward cabin with over under berths to port, and single berth to starboard and hanging locker and storage drawers. There is a large opening hatch and two opening ports. Electrical
"Grand Pause" has a near new electrical panel w/ circuit breakers. She has two 8D house batteries, two 4D gel cell batteries, and a 4D battery for davit. There is a 40 amp Constavolt automatic charger plus a Trace 2012 inverter. There is a Westerbeke 8KW generator w/approximately 875 hours. Cruisaire air conditioning throughout the vessel. Dockside power cord w/ 50 amp service.

Sails
"Grand Pause" has two complete sets of sails w/approximately 1,500 sq' of sail area. Standing rigging is oversized and has staylock fittings. Aluminum keel stepped double spreader mast w/internal halyards. Main sail is on Hood electric in mast furling system, and genoa also has Hood furling. Inner forestay is removable on pelican hook. There are mast pulpits, and downwind pole mast storred on car. Eight Barrient winches are all self tailing two speed.

Deck
Stainless bow & stern pulpits w/double life lines and boarding gates. Lofrans heavy duty electric windlass w/up & down deck switch and controls at helm.
